We recently purchased a new house in Bonbeach, and neighbouring trees were blocking out valuable sun light and creating a lot of leaf mess in our back yard. Explained their process, knew what every tree and plant was, and delivered on everything promised. Within the hour our quote was formalised and sent to us. Some companies promise all and deliver nothing. Not here! The works commenced were fast, efficient and the guys were very professional, approachable and cleaned the site well before leaving. 4 young men turned up on time after their text they were on the way. Two plain trees were pruned in the driveway and a tree in the corner of my back yard removed. All within in an hour and a half. They cleaned up the backyard and driveway after the mulching. I have used Redback 4 times over 8 years and l find their price reasonable and workmanship excellent. Thoroughly recommend. Redback Tree Service exceeded my expectations. Their high level of care and respect to our property and other vegetation was exceptional. Excellent respect to our neighbours was certainly appreciated. The tree out front was a large elderly non Australian Native. The task was difficult however their skilled crew worked to solve the puzzle like removal. Fantastic ! Wiley is to be commended for his attention to details with the stumps removed and clean up. Redback Tree Services are a very professional team. With speed and agility, they provided a great service taking down 2 x 5 metre trees, and they really do tidy up at the end. We will definitely use this company again. John & Chris
